BREATHE CALM AIR

Video Contest Campaign to Help Northern Youth with Mental Health

Mental Health is important globally. Unfortunately, in remote northern Canadian communities, youth suicide rates are alarmingly high.

I created Breathe Calm Air, a video contest campaign, in partnership with work and NHL Player, Jordin Tootoo.

This video is the promotional video myself and my videographer created. We flew to Chicago to interview and film Jordin, and also flew to Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, to capture B-roll from Jordin's hometown.

After launching the video on my company's Facebook page, the video was viewed over 57, 000 times in less than two weeks.

REVAMPED ROLE PROFILES

Rebranded/Refreshed/Consistent/Content

Updated over 300 role profiles for an international company, including 7 different company banners.

Role profiles were approximately 8 - 12 pages long, didn't have unique brand standards applied to them, along with not showcasing a consistent look that represents all banners falling under the corporate company brand.

Also created a strategic communications plan to update all the profiles, launch the new profiles via print, social media, and online/website, and created a new call-to-action slogan for the northern canadian retail stores: "Go North. Your Direction."

Click here for examples of the new role profiles, and click here for an example of a section of an old role profile.

What's important in any partnership is collaboration and a vision. Stephanie brings both of these to the table with a passion for success.

She operates with a data driven approach, empowering her with credibility to have high level conversations with the executive team. In today's competitive landscape, she completely revolutionized an organization's online candidate experience and overall presence. This would not of been possible without Stephanie leading the project and having a clear direction of the goals necessary for the organization to achieve.

Stephanie's dedication, passion and vision, will impact any organization significantly throughout her career.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Stephanie on several corporate talent attraction projects in a very challenging niche market. It’s rare to find Talent Attraction professionals who really “Get it”. Her passion, infectious personality and great sense of humor are some of the many traits she possesses that make her a pleasure to work with. She would be a great asset to any team.

Stephanie is one of the most passionate individuals about all things talent attraction that I have ever worked with.

She is as dedicated as it gets, She puts her heart and soul into every one of her projects. She is punctual and ensures that she gives her 100% from start to finish.

Working alongside Stephanie is an absolute pleasure. I learn every day from her; Her drive and tenacity is a true inspiration. She is a great addition to team North West and is a very valuable team member.

Stephanie is hands-down the most effective communicator I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She has a very unique way of seeing a client's apprehensions and putting them to rest well before they need to be addressed. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Stephanie’s experience with marketing and social media allowed her to quickly grow the Recruitment divisions online presence. Her ability to create eye catching and informative content allowed the audience to connect with the division on multiple levels.

Stephanie’s hard work and creativity was quickly noticed and she was promoted into a role where she was managing the marketing for 3 divisions. Her knowledge, passion and creative insight makes Stefanie a great addition to any team.

Stephanie took People First Recruitment division to a whole new level when it comes to social media and creative writing. She is a fabulous employee and puts her whole heart into her work. Stephanie knows her audience and how to relate, which is extremely important in her field.

She was recognized for the amazing job she did within the Recruitment division and was quickly promoted to manage communications and marketing for all three divisions at People First HR. Stephanie is one of the hardest workers I know and always goes above and beyond! She can handle anything that gets thrown at her and does it with such a creative edge!
